Bunker Hill is an up and coming neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles. The problem that Brookfield Properties had was that DTLA wasn’t attracting creative and tech agencies which primarily are all in Playa Vista (Silicon Beach.) To showcase the growth of this area we told the stories of innovators in the community. We also partnered with three different artists to bring their stories to life using hand crafted techniques like paint on a light box, stop motion, and 2D character animation.
